"If you’re debating to go to Fox Body Shop, simply look at the letters that they left on my window for your answer-“N-O”. If they can’t remember to take off letters that they placed off of your window...definitely don’t trust them with repairs. When I chose Fox Body Shop to complete minor repairs on my vehicle, I unknowingly signed myself up for months of hassle, I could write a whole essay on my multiple HORRIBLE experiences with Fox Body Shop, but I will keep it brief: 1. The estimator I dealt with, Mr. Orlando, was the most unhelpful and unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. He was constantly condescending and would never go out of his way to help me or any other customer that I witnessed him interact with. 2. Mr. Orlando didn’t include a part of my damages in my original repair claim (after I confirmed with him (twice!) that he did) so now I will have two insurance claims against me. 3. My repairs took way longer than expected—I understand the repair timeline is just an estimate but no one ever contacted me to inform me of this or returned my multiple phone calls. Then suddenly after my insurance complained about the length of the repairs, it was ready within an afternoon. I understand body shops get busy but please communicate with your customers.. 4. The fox advantage reimbursement check I was promised for completing the repairs at their body shop has yet to be seen months later. I will never return to this body shop and will never lease another car from Bill Fox Chevrolet due to these experiences. I would NEVER recommend Bill Fox to anyone!"
