"I been twice and both times I had to wait 15 mins just for them to service me…. They are very unprofessional.. I took my truck here , to get one thing fixed and they never did call to inform me that I needed another job done before they fixed what I wanted done which was part of the job that needed to be done… they are money hungry ppl.. I won’t be going back here… I TRY TO Rip off FEMALES!!"
"TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE THE INSPECTION!! I drove my car to campus auto.. told the man I wanted him to fix my car because after I received an oil change & flush, my car overheated. He says it’ll cost $70 for him to look at it. I agree to pay $70 and this cost will go towards the repair. Mind you I drove my car to shop with no problems from overheating. I open my hood and do a visual inspection myself to try and determine where coolant is leaking from. I stood outside looking touching, grabbing on hoses to inspect where the coolant is leaking from. I even went as far to google if and how can an engine flush cause your car to overheat. The reception/technician says he ready to pull my car in. I proceed to tell him the symptoms my vehicle been experiencing and how I think my cooling system may be clogged from debris from the flush. The technician assures me, “ relax everything will be fine, I’ll treat your car like it’s mine.” The technician/receptionist tells me I need a new radiator I may have a blown gasket, there’s leaks everywhere. He says it’s gonna cost anywhere between $1,400-$4,000 it I have to get engine replaced. Don’t drive car home, you can blow a gasket he says.. he strongly recommended I don’t drive car back and how they can finance the repair cost if I have job and take money out my check every week. I asked, what did you do to my car? Technician responds with, I poured coolant into your car to see where leak was coming from after he hoisted it up. He removed the bottom engine cover. That’s when he opens the hood of my car.. and I notice my hose from radiator to engine has been broken off. I inform them that my hoses weren’t broken before you inspected the vehicle. The receptionist and technician kick me out the shop, tells me to get off their property and threaten to tow my car away. I could no longer drive away because they disconnected & damaged my hose, which immobilized my vehicle. I sat out in the cold for hours, because he kicked me out of waiting area, waiting on a tow truck. I incurred additional cost and my vehicle was damaged at their hands. And kicked out and cursed as if I were trash, and couldn’t even drive my car home. Unethical business practices, price gauging and directly lied to my face, lack of integrity. Inhumane encounter."
"My dad had to have surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and we got there when my tire light came on couldn't find air anywhere stopped in the gave me free air and made sure all my tires were good . Would highly recommend this place"
"I gave Campus Auto so many chances. They’re generally honest people who will do their best to make it right, but the stress and time I wasted on shoddy labor can’t just be refunded. They insisted several issues were resolved that have in fact followed me for over a year. I had to cancel trips multiple times because of an emissions issue that they claimed was fixed, but in fact was never resolved. I don’t think there was a single visit where I didn’t have to return to tie up some sloppily unfinished loose end, which included peripherals falling off the bottom of the car after a “complete inspection.” Plus, very overpriced. I would encourage you to find any other shop in the city."
"Great service, yaya and Mike always look out for my and my dad’s car for years. They are good, fast and clean with there work. I recommend them to anyone one who wants to trust you're car in there hands."
