And I got letters from two other shops that said your work is trash. But you want to be mad at the customer bc the work you did on my car was trash. Just look at the reviews y’all. "Read the reviews they seemed to have done decent to satisfactory work for their clients so, I sent the little $20.00 deposit expecting my windows to be tinted, literally scheduled the appointment on 12/12 for today, 12/28 at 3:30p, more than adequate and ample time for any changes, cancellations or rescheduling, however, the day of, 31, minutes prior to my appointment, I was alerted that my appointment needed to be rescheduled for 4:00pm, which was fine and I had no problem with, I leave work pick my 3 yr old from daycare, and head straight to the appointment, while driving, I speak with the young man that initially facilitated the appointment and received the $20.00 deposit, he was at first extremely apologetic and assured me at 3:45p that someone would be there to complete the window tinting promptly at 4pm, I was to call him once I arrived and someone was to meet me there. Arrived at the facility and called, I asked if I should park in the rear, thinking the detailers were a part of RickyTint, he said no park in the front and someone will be right with you. Waiting for them for 10 minutes the detailing facility began to shut everything down. Concerned I called the young man to tell him and just receive an eta. He apologizes but sounds annoyed as if I am disturbing him, so i ask if we should reschedule, he’s like “I mean we can but if you want it done today, it can get done today” Um well apparently not since no one is here to complete the job. He says he can have someone there to get started by 4:20. Its 4:17 he starts getting disgruntled like I STOOD HIM UP so I just ask for the deposit of $20 back and we can reschedule or I will figure something else out, he then tells me “Oh you’re not getting that back but you can reschedule if you want” as if I defaulted on the appointment or somehow didn't keep my end of the bargain! Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and discourteous, and inconsiderate. He can keep the $20 I will dispute it with my bank as a fraudulent scam charge since thats practically what it was. I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason probably would've been wholly dissatisfied or something may have gone terribly wrong which is why I didn’t receive the tint job from them, will go to Dr. Tinto where I normally go, tried to save some money, while supporting a black owned business, yeah NO, evidently you get what you pay for including the service and attitude you receive."

"I had an amazing experience with Ricky & the rest of the guys here! I came in to get my windows/windshield tinted as well as getting the top half of my vehicle wrapped. They exceeded my expectations beyond belief! Gave me a next day appointment, a great discount since I was getting a lot done, as well as being very professional throughout the whole process! When I got home, I noticed a small imperfection in the work & they stayed true to their word & told me to come back in so they can correct it! I definitely recommend anyone to come here, I’ve already referred a couple of my friends and family members to come here!"

"BEWARE OF POOR QUALITY WITH NO REFUND!! So, I paid over $700 to get tint and some vinyl wrapping on my 2017 Cadillac CT6. When I go to pick my vehicle up, I was impressed. But, by the time I drove 35 minutes home, I was shocked. My mirrors were peeling, wrinkled and coming off. I immediately contacted the owner with pics and a text and he told me to bring in at the beginning of the week. The next day after leaving work, I noticed the mirrors had really gotten bad. I've only had the car back a day and a half. I then decided that I am not happy with the "wrap" so I don't want it redone, nor any more services. He then told me that he doesn't do warranties and further went to explain how it's not the fault of the installers that this happens. Who's fault is it? I wonder if he thinks it's mine. He then insisted that he just has to do it another way even though I insisted I don't want it on my car anymore and that I just wanted a refund. If I could have given a zero, I would've. Take a look at the pics and you be the judge.... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Man please!!!! Don't bring that here??? It's brought!!! You never stated that bull when I before getting services. I don't have to say anything. The pics say it all!!"
