"I’m not a huge person to leave reviews. I booked last night here on a whim to pamper myself for my birthday & reading the reviews I thought, okay I’m in. Alecia - Did my pedicure & she was fantastic, feet feel and look amazing. Unsure about the last review I read, but she was talkative and amazing! By far the one of the best pedis I’ve had, she took the time on the whole process! I think it was Bea? That did my nails & she had the patience of a saint I’m not the best at relaxing because I don’t get pampered very often. She did color art on my nails too and I love them. She was also great! They both took their time & I felt extremely important to both of them. Definitely will be back!! Oh and the lavender lemonade was just what I needed to start my relaxing birthday off just right!"

"I had my first visit at this salon to “pamper”myself for my birthday.. & I can honestly say that my experience was not enjoyable at all. Although my issue was more so with the nail tech herself, Alecia, I would rate this salon a 3.5 for cleanliness and efficiency as they are appointment only. Alecia, I hope you’re able to read this review and truly take into consideration that you are in a service business.. your people skills need work, period. You were not warm nor welcoming even though you knew this was my first time in the salon. I’m sure you know that you are heavy handed and you were rough while doing my pedicure.. even when I tried closing my eyes to relax you made that impossible. Every little thing I did (or didn’t do) you appeared annoyed even after I explained to you that the position was uncomfortable. You mentioned having all these “personal preferences” when answering my questions but never once tried to adjust to my needs. I even had to ask for you to do a hand massage as it states on website it is included with gel manicure and all you said was “oh if you want.. not everyone wants a massage” Umm how about asking me first? Again, something so simple but not once did I feel like I received a $130 service. Anyway, I could go into more detail but I’m simply not. Bottom line.. if I did return, I would most definitely be requesting someone else."
