"Came here for the first time as a walk in. It was 5:30 pm, the guy at the front asked 3 people to do my nails and all 3 rudely rejected right in front of me before one guy finally agreed. I understand walk ins may be inconvenient but right off the bat it felt abrasive. The guy who did my nails told me he’d give me a manicure and clean up my cuticles but didn’t. He didn’t file my natural nails at all. The design was great but the nails were overpriced. They charged me for extra long length when i got short acrylics. $103 later and I won’t be back. The entire experience was just pretty whack."
