"I came in to have my check engine light checked. I was helped by an older man named Doug. After my vehicle was scanned and check I walked back inside with him waiting to see the results. As Doug printed out the paper with the check engine light status he placed it on the counter in front of me. He seized to explain it further just gave me the paper with no explanation and walked over to a different desk spot to serve another customer. I had a few questions regarding what the light was for. I decided it was best to leave."
