"Can the parts counter do their due diligence when ordering, looking up parts. In the past 18 months, I have been given the wrong water pump Rotors, and now sway bar links, I even had them double check and they were still wrong. Its not fun taking things apart 2 or more times to fix a vehicle. Get with it."

"I love this store! They helped me put on my wipers I purchased when I came back. The lady manager was there by herself and said if I wanted to wait or come back someone would help. I went to Gordon’s because I had some things to get and then went back and the guy that came back from a delivery helped put my wipers on. Reading some of the reviews I was skeptical to go here but they were great! Another example of you shouldn’t believe everything you read. Customers are ignorant sometimes and I’ve seen it. They get rude and expect you to still help them. I work in customer service and that’s not how it works. You get what you put out in the universe. People should understand that.
