"I usually prefer O'Reilly over autozone, but not today. I wanted to place an order to be picked up later this weekend and the person I talked to told me I had to do it online, was very short with me then hung up (I don't like there website and find it confusing). I know for a fact they can take orders over the phone and pay with a credit card OVER THE PHONE because we've done it more than once. Anyway Autozone was more than happy to help me. Going to be going to Autozone from now on."

He went above and beyond trying to help Find the issue and wanted to make sure he did all he could to help. They should have more resources to utilize like a compressor but he made sure he did all he could.
