They do efficient and reasonably priced oil changes but Moe is the best mechanic- a super nice person and always straight up about what does or doesn’t need to be done. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars I’m often intimidated by auto shops but Moe always makes sure to explain the problems/fixes and give a fair cost estimate. He even reattached my skid plate for free, that kind of customer service is why I will always come back!"

"REMEDIED ISSUE, NOW A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I had my oil changed on a Saturday afternoon — the usual quick and friendly service. But Sunday when I turned on the engine, I noticed a steady stream of oil pouring out from beneath my car and all over my driveway ☹️. Not good. No longer having a useable car and unable to do anything until they opened Monday morning, I was very frustrated. I know accidents happen, but I internally thought about how I’d never return here for future oil changes. However, I called first thing Monday morning and they went WAY above and beyond to remedy the issue (something wrong/defect with the oil filter). Mo specifically was EXTREMELY apologetic for the issue, and within an hour they came to my home to look at the vehicle, deemed it safe enough to quickly drive to the shop to fix, and returned the vehicle along with a refund for the oil change AND scheduled someone to power wash/scrub the oil off my driveway (which was done in the same day). Their above-and-beyond customer service and pleasant demeanor when I had the issue (which could have happened anywhere) will have me returning to this location for all future oil changes. I know as a customer I am appreciated and well taken care of. Thank you!"

"Overtightened my oil filter housing on my 14 jeep wrangler and cracked it. They did NOT use a torque wrench. It has a specific torque specification for a reason! I had to tear the top end of my motor apart and replace the whole oil cooler housing assembly, which is down in the valley of the top end of the engine block. Not a cheap or easy task. I took it back in to them before I fixed it, as it was spewing oil all over the place. They wiped and sprayed it off, said your all good and denied there was an issue. Well here is a pic to prove it... Be Warned!!! These guys are not certified mechanics, just hack jobs."
