"After 3 weeks waiting for Diagnostics on an engine problem, and finding a broken valve in engine, parts were ordered and repair was made, 6-7weeks total on rental cars because of no loaners, Brought home vehicle on Friday evening first day using it was Monday and the vehicle was Towed back to Feldman Hyundai New Hudson, Monday Evening with Transmission not engaging and running high RPMs This was one of Two vehicles purchased in the same Two days both Identical, I traded mine in yesterday, and will never buy from Feldman again, they are NOT customer oriented, they DO NOT do anything to resolve issues in a timely manner got told my wife will get a rental but not sure when and who is paying for it? worst dealer around, horrible customer service, and Quit using The Excuse (It's just how it is now) . Very Unhappy!"
