"The service was amazing! My hygienist was a lot of fun, informal and adamant of how to care for my teeth. Baileys dental is Amazing!!"
"The most extensive exam I have ever had with the friendliest staff ever. Dr Bailey is great. This practice is very up to date. My son is a dentist in Indianapolis. The xrays were beyond anything I ever experienced. I highly recommend this dental group. Thank you everyone for being so nice to this 81 year old man."
"My daughter and I both got our normal cleanings done recently. We had “Kimmy” for our dental hygienist and we absolutely loved her. She has the best bedside manner of anyone in the medical field, ever…. Her personality is an 11 out of 10, she is sweet, and very fun…. My daughter had her first filling done a couple days later and she asked if she could have “Kimmy” again…. Kimmy recognized us when we walked in and gave us both big hugs and said she was glad we were back. She made my daughter’s anxiousness of the inevitable “shot” disappear. Dr. Bailey came in after the shot and had the cavity drilled out and filled in less than 5 minutes… Dr. Bailey is as good as they get. Done and out! If you are coming into Dr. Bailey’s office, ask for Kimmy, or if your child has anxiety at the dentist’s office, ask for Kimmy. You will not be disappointed. The scheduling staff was also amazing!!!"
"I would not recommend bailey dental group. I went here for the first time in may this year for a cleaning and I was complaining about some pain with my wisdom teeth. They told me there was no reason to get my wisdom teeth out. I came back in June for 3 fillings and at that appointment they suddenly decided to give me a referral to get my wisdom teeth out. Three days after the fillings i began to have excruciating pain near the fillings and my wisdom teeth. I called three different times because they kept saying they would call me back and they never did. They told me there was nothing they could do for me so they wouldn’t even see me. I then went to another dentist and was told I had an infection over my wisdom tooth and they got me into an oral surgeon very quickly to get them removed. Now about 5 months after I got those fillings done I developed extreme pain on on of the teeth with a filling. I went to an emergency dentist and another dentist a few days later and they both confirmed that my filling was too deep and there was now an infection in the tooth and i was referred to a specialist for a root canal on the tooth. The specialist said that the filling was too deep and was pushing in the nerves and ended up causing all the nerves in that tooth to die and a deep infection in one of the roots and I had to get a root canal. All three dentist told me I should not see the dentist who did that filling again. Since i had my wisdom teeth out earlier this year I had to pay almost completely out of pocket. I paid 900 dollars for the root canal and will have to pay an another 1100 for the crown. Overall bailey dental does not truly care about their patients because they did nothing for me when I was in pain and have done nothing to try to make this right."
"This was my first time here and the front staff and dental hygienist were beyond kind, and informational. The office was also very clean. I was shocked when Dr. Bailey came in she didn’t say hi, didn’t introduce herself, absolutely zero introduction at any point. I actually had to ask my hygienist if that was the doctor once she left because I was so confused. When Dr. Bailey was in the room I told her my concerns and her response was to tell me how I have a very similar bite to hers and she’s getting veneers on her own teeth. Just seemed like she wanted to talk about herself and could care less about my concerns. Will be back for teeth cleanings but beyond that go somewhere else. The dentist is not a comfortable place for people. I understand bad days and that you own the place, but having the bedside manner of a door nail, in this setting, is very unprofessional."
