"Dr. Sobor is wonderful!! from the desk staff to the assistants, nothing but great care, Dr. takes the time to listen you your concerns, questions and fears lol. I will be back soon(cuz I have to for further care)"
"Went and got a filling done today. The dentist was so rough my jaw and 1/3 of my face is sore. He shoved tools so far back it was closing my jaw. Then wanted me to open wider while he was pushing on my jaw bone from the inside. I had all sorts of pieces left in my mouth. I asked to rinse and was given the smallest splash of water. Had to rinse my mouth out after leaving. A filling shouldn't have your mouthing hurting so bad that you can't even yarn or smile. I went for a cleaning a few weeks ago and the techs or assistants that did the cleaning were great. But the dentist is aweful."
"This is actually the worst and most unprofessional office I have ever been to. They gave me a referral to extract a wisdom tooth which is fine and dandy until they ignored my multiple phone calls and voicemails to forward over X-rays. When I did finally get someone on the phone I was told it would be taken care of. Fast forward to today they ignored my voicemail this morning to confirm the X-rays were sent. Currently sitting 1.5hours from my house with no X-rays and now have to pay out of pocket so thank you all so much for not doing your jobs. Keep it up and you’ll be shut down judging by the rest of these reviews."
"I went in kinda nervous for my appointment because of some of the reviews (and also I hadn’t been to a dentist since before COVID). Turns out I didn’t have anything to worry about. Everyone I spoke to/interacted with was friendly to me and made sure I knew what was going on. I would highly recommend."
"Same as the other review- worst receptionist ever. The receptionist with the short black bangs is the most rude, inconsiderate, awful person I may have ever met. Those words may seem exaggerated but you’ll see when you go in. She will make you feel insignificant and belittled. In addition to the terrible customer service you’re still forced to wear a mask. This is outrageous. They have lifted state, and federal mandates and yet this office is still requiring a mask. I literally stood outside refusing to wear a mask while my brother, the patient, went in without my guidance. I am his guardian and make his decisions for him. But since I didn’t wear a mask I was told I cannot come in the office. The only reason this dental practice is still in business is because they take Medicaid. Otherwise, they would have no business at all."
