"Not happy. I had my car's steering wheel replaced after it was broken into. It's just the communication that was off this time. And the way they left parts they fixed on the floor of my car. I called throughout the repair and asked them to help me with an oil change and brake light, neither were fixed and oh yeah, my battery jumpstarter is just gone and I'll have to go all the way to get it back because apparently it was necessary to go into the backseat of my car and presumably use my starters, but not fix the issues I needed. When I called back to address this issue "we don't just do oil changes". Forget it. My family comes here all the time, but I won't be back."

"If I could give ten stars, I would! Another shop quoted my rear brakes at $700. Knowing I needed front brakes too, I knew I was being taken to the cleaners. When I called Younce and they quoted me at under $200. The other shop told me I needed calipers and Younce looked at them and said they weren't needed. They replaced my rear and front brakes plus front tie rods all for just under $500. The customer service was amazing too! I ran from the shop to my job downtown but they offered to drive me. When I picked up my car, they offered to pick me up. When I got to the shop we realized they forgot that I also needed a headlamp replaced, so they quickly went to the auto parts store and picked it up to put it in for me. Seriously, you've found the right place if you have Younce repair your vehicle!"
