"My husband and I have been going there for years. We loved Dr. Zerafa; however, we will not be returning. At our most recent visit his new dentist serviced us. Shortly after, we received a bill in the mail for a large amount of money. I almost paid it but then called and found out this amount was not including our dental insurance because this new Dr. wasn’t in the “system” yet. Now I’m battling with my dental insurance to cover this balance. I am so upset and frustrated! Prior to coming to Dr. Zerafa’s office I had asked if they accepted Delta dental which they told me they did. They should not have allowed the new Dr. to service anyone without him being in the system! Moreover, the woman at the front desk was very rude and told me that this is my problem and that I need to deal with my insurance."
