"i've had over $25,000 worth of dental work done many crowns, hundreds of shots I'm covered in tattoos too. By the way needles don't bother me when I was given an injection the doctor put the needle through my gum into my lips. I started screaming and needles never bother me. I was rescheduled a total of eight times. After being rescheduled So much for my crowns it was about six weeks before I could get back in because they rescheduled me so much so the crown decayed more and ended up needing a root canal because I got rescheduled so much It took them over two hours and 45 minutes to do a non-permanent crown. My regular dentist it takes him half the time to do two crowns with no pain. I use nitrous because I have such bad Anxiety. They wouldn't even turn it up at all. I didn't feel it at all, and they turned it off in between never had that happen before. Every time I've been there at least an hour before being seen. they over schedule like crazy that's why I had to get rescheduled so much because I prepaid like a dummy don't do what I did.... very completely unprofessional. and I unfortunately told a lot of people about this place they're asking for their money back. I never leave reviews. This is my first review on 36 years old. I've never been so furious."

"0/10 was My experience here was terrible. 1st they wanted to put braces on me with any examination to check for cavities or asked if I’ve had a cleaning ect. I didn’t feel comfortable with the process before my braces so I asked for a refund. Here it is over a month later and I still have got my refund. I called for 3 days to get answers and to they finally told me that there just processing my refund. Seems like to me they were trying to keep my money and hope I would forget about it. Also the manager is never in office. The office is nice but the atmosphere of the office feels like there always rushing on there patients and I got a cleaning and I left with plaque still on my teeth."

"The angels I prayed for. I have never been more impressed with an office in my life, not just dentists. The lobby and waiting environment is so comfortable and kid friendly. Multiple free arcade games, marvel heroes and comics all over the place. I even won a lego set in a raffle, which made me realize how much better my childhood would have been had i been going here my whole life. I really wish I had a dentist like doctor tina when I was a kid. They have done a lot of work with me recently, including a lot of stuff I started at other dentists that I couldn't afford to finish. Doctor Tina, and her office manager Brit have gone above and beyond to help me restore my smile and confidence. I cannot speak highly enough of their service and how positively they have impacted my life. Multiple root canals, a bone graft, implant, and other little stuff I put off for far too long was affordable thanks to them. It was all painless and easy. Doctor Tina, Liz, and all of her team have gentle and small hands and she is sneaky with the needle with good bedside manner making sure I am always comfortable. I used to have a ton of anxiety going to the dentist, and that fear made me procrastinate getting the help I needed. I shopped prices around 4 other dentists in the area. Now I can safely say I will never set foot in another dental office. I found my dentist for life."

"Don’t leave reviews often but this place deserves it. Lastnight 9pm I had the worse tooth ache on top of going through a rough day mentally & 8 months pregnant . Went to ER didn’t get much help, stayed woke until 8am cause the pain. Soon as I called they told me to come now. Did the procedure, everyone was so kind. Thank you for fixing my tooth and being kind. We never know what someone experienced and they made my day so much better especially the worship music that played."
