"Worst experience we have ever had in the 15 plus years we have been going there. Talked to me like I am a child. Told me that putting sliver fillings in my kids mouth was mercury poisoning, even though they are the ones that did them. Didn’t even finish my daughters cleaning because the owner pulled the hygienist out of the room for a meeting and they sent her out before he was done. I guess the owner having a meeting is more important than their patients. Hope they don’t change me for the work they didn’t do."

"The cancellation fee is $50 for all appointments. They refuse to work with you regardless of your situation. Most offices will allow one cancellation and then implement a cancellation fee. The front desk receptionist is extremely rude. My appointment was at 4:30 and they text me to ask if I could come in at 2:00. I said no, and immediately they called me to ask if I can come in at 2:00. I again said no and stated that I can’t make 4:30. They said it’ll be a $50 cancellation fee and I asked to speak to the manager, the front desk receptionist said no. I hang up. Not even 10 minutes later, they call me and say they need to cancel my appointment after I made arrangements to leave work early to go to my appointment. I ask them how is it okay for them to cancel on me when I can’t cancel on them. The office manager stated,”Well as a courtesy to you, we won’t charge you the cancellation fee because we’re cancelling on you.” How generous. I believe it was a cash grab to make $50, they knew the dentist wasn’t going to be in at 4:30. They wanted to see if they could make money off of me first. Not to mention, they take X-rays every single year. X-rays only need to be taken every 2-5 years, depending on your situation. This office is quite bad and I would highly not recommend. Please go find another dental office to get work done at."
