Their work is excellent and their office is pleasant. I was very happy with my doctor and staff before he retired and wondered if the same standard of service would be provided with a new team. However, I was needlessly concerned. Dr Waleed Rhebi, Miriam, the other hygienist, and the staff are highly skilled, professional, courteous, and welcoming. They take time to 1) show me the condition of my teeth; , 2) explain the work needed to achieve my dental goals of good dental hygiene and improved gum health; 3) work diligently patiently and gently to make me comfortable while delivering a very thorough deep cleaning; 4) answer any questions that I have; 5) make recommendations to my daily dental routine; 6) track progress over time; 7) continually sharing status updates with my dentist to support the continuity of my dental health; 8) cleanliness from the tools and instruments to the pristine bathroom; 9) process insurance claims timely and appointment reminders. She informed me of some amazon products that would help the issue. However, i am still waiting on the call/ email about insurance coverage and future visits."
