"I went in 7/21/23 for what everything online says is a “dental emergency”, a tooth abscess. So of course, they tell me the soonest they can get me in is 7/31/23. As I’m being told this, a woman appears from the back and starts talking to me. I asked her if she could look at it at least and her response was “oh we’re really short staffed the soonest anyone can even look is the 31st. So they prescribed weak antibiotics instead. After a visit to the ER the next day then waiting 10 days, who was the person who looked me over? THAT SAME WOMAN who spent 10-15 minutes talking to me 10 days prior. So in reality, if she had that much time to talk, she could have looked at it. The outcome was an infected root canal, another infection where a crown fell out and an infection along the gums. So, I needed that addressed and needed a root planning and scaling done ASAP. What was their version of ASAP? The soonest we could get you in for that “emergency “ situation is October. 2 months later. So apparently I’m just supposed to rub dirt on the active infections and it’ll be ok. In all honesty, if you sign up to be in the medical field, you have to realize there WILL be occasional emergencies and no, you won’t work your typical 9-5 hours. Imagine someone having a heart attack and the ER doctor says oh, they’re having a heart attack? I’m only on the clock for 10 more minutes they’ll just have to die, have a good evening y’all"

"Can't thank the entire team at The Gentle Dentist enough. I have a condition known as TN (Trigeminal Neuralgia) which requires extreme care when getting dental work done. Yesterday I had a procedure that was a difficult one for sure....but this morning woke up with literally zero pain and no signs of TN. Can't say enough about this experience and how blessed I am to have found them. Wish I could give them 10 stars."

"When I first went here, everything was great. Fast forward a few years and it’s not the same. Dr Antolak filled one of my back molars and I can’t even get dental floss between those teeth. When I asked him if I’d be able to get floss between those teeth he said, “I just did”. I don’t want to have to force it. Next visit, even the hygienist said, “we did that?” Um yep!"

"They are so wonderful. I tell them every time I'm there. I refer all my friends and family. I've had so many bad experiences at other dentists offices. With pain and things not looking the way I want. They take time to ask you what you want. They've made one mistake in all the times I've been there, scheduled me in right away and fixed it for free. I look forward to my dentist appointments vs when I was younger and hating them. Everyone is friendly, they help when i have no choice but to bring my son. I'll be going here for the rest of my life."

As someone who basically detests dental work of all kinds (bad experiences from my youth), I can honestly say that I have never trusted a dentist and his/her staff as much as I do here. I have never felt the least amount of pain and they are very careful to make sure of that. Dr. Antolak always calls the night of your visit to make sure you're doing well. That level of care and compassion is evident with the entire staff @ The Gentle Dentist. Both of my kids have gone to Dr. Antolak from day 1 and I'm so glad that they actually LOOK FORWARD to their checkups (unlike their dad!). Thank you all for being awesome!"
