Refresh Dental

"Always Canceling appointments last minute with out letting me know. The rooms are filled up with spider webs and spiders in corners. Not very clean. The staff talk like they are about to fall asleep. They have emergency appointments for customers but when I called they said they didn’t have anything available. Overall….bad experience. Will not be back to this location. I rather drive an hour to a better location which I have. Is there a zero star here????"

"I recently visited Refresh Dental in Warren for a consultation, and overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, I found the environment to be clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed to discover that the office does not offer implant services, which was the primary reason for my visit. When I called to schedule my appointment, I specifically requested a consultation for implants, and I assumed that this information would have been relayed to me during that initial conversation. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of this limitation until after the many X-rays were taken (in my opinion for billing purposes) at the office. The dentist informed me that they do not perform implants on-site and provided me with a referral to a surgeon instead. While I understand that not all dental offices offer the same services, I felt let down by the lack of communication regarding this matter. It left me feeling like my time had been wasted, especially considering that I was eagerly seeking information about implants. On a positive note, I was informed that the dentist plans to offer implant services starting in May, which is encouraging for future patients seeking these procedures. However, clearer communication about available services would have greatly improved my experience. Overall, while I appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism of the office, I hope that Refresh Dental in Warren takes steps to improve transparency and communication with patients regarding their service offerings in the future."

"The staff is friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was easy to talk to, showed me and walked me thru my x-rays. He helped me to see my cavities on the x-rays. Then we discussed what would be best suited for me going forward. I'm very pleased with Refresh Dental. I've been going to them for over 15 years now and I would recommend everyone to go there as well."

I highly recommend if you need dental care, come in and see these professionals at work. They are happy and willing to provide answers with help to your questions and concerns."

He calls after care to make sure you're feeling well after procedures and if not, he finds a way to make it right. Always satisfied with treatment. Great staff.
