"I had to call Golden Dental regarding dental service. The woman who answered was rude for no reason. I stated the reason for the call and she immediately acted as if she was irritated when I asked her about different service providers in my area. She acted as if she did not want to help and kept asking me if I looked on the website. The website clearly reads to call Golden Dental for questions or concerns. When I called I was faced with an abrasive customer service rep who continued being passive aggressive throughout the call. Why work in customer service if you are going to exhibit this type of unprofessionalism. I see by the reviews she is this way with most callers. Beyond unprofessional service."

"Writing this because of the customer service call I just had. Spoke to the rudest lady alive and received attitude literally for no reason. They seriously need to figure out how to hire people for customer service as this job basically is to HELP PEOPLE and not be as rude as possible. Im very disappointed I don't think anyone needs that in their life."

"Worse place ever. In extreme pain and went to dentist was scheduled a root canal but I have to wait. Found a dentist that could get it done today called golden dental and they said wait. Pain so extreme cant breath the agent give 0 about my well being. Worse customer care service ever. See what the emergency room as to say."
