I had an appliance that was supposed to be delivered. They delivered the wrong appliance after the first defected and they damaged my home. I have water damage and now I have to wait for my claim to be answered!"

"I was in the 8 Mile and Kelly store in Harper Woods, MI, on 10/17/2023 and a professional and polite crew member named Rob effortlessly helping multiple people and asked if I needed assistance. I showed him an old model of what I needed replaced. Rob glanced at it, showed me where the parts were and I was at the register paying for the items less than 1 minute from encouraging Rob. I thanked him and was on my way! (I’ve seen Rob there countless times with the same energy and enthusiasm…just wanted to acknowledge his consistency)."
