"I will give 3 stars only because the technicians are very pleasant. However, I was basically charged $170 for them to just look at my car. They couldn't find anything so they welded some part that ended up coming apart on my way home. I then went to get a oil change, for $100! I have been getting my cars here for about 10 years. I won't be back."
"Body shop manager is the worst. Literally spit on car cause he didn't want it at the shop, he didn't know anyone was sitting in t due to the tint"
"Originally was going to get my vehicle an oil change, but had a belt change added. After the service was finished, there were multiple issues that makes me believe that the technician must've been drunk on the job to be this careless with his work. First was visible damage and scratches to the exterior of the car. Oil marks and scratches within the interior of the car. Under the hood, multiple compartments were not screwed back into place. Will be contacting the dealership and after reading everyone's reviews, Toyota as well."
"Title: Disappointed with Certified Pre-Owned Experience I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Page Toyota, expecting it to be in good condition and thoroughly inspected. However, after driving just 5,000 miles, I took the car in for general service and was shocked to receive a repair estimate of $1,600. I was told that the car had only been checked for safety but not maintained before purchase. Though certified pre-owned vehicles are supposed to provide buyers with some assurance of quality and a thorough inspection, my experience has left me disappointed and questioning the value of such a certification. I understand that no used car is perfect, and regular maintenance is still necessary, but I feel that there may have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding about the certification process in this case. I would recommend potential buyers to research the specific certified pre-owned program, request a vehicle history report, and consider having an independent inspection performed, even if the car is certified. Additionally, make sure to read the fine print and understand the warranties and coverage details associated with the certified pre-owned program. While I understand that purchasing a used car always comes with some level of risk, my experience with Page Toyota has left me feeling disappointed and hesitant to recommend their certified pre-owned vehicles to others. I hope that future buyers will take the necessary precautions to ensure a more positive experience."
"My customer service representative was nice and very helpful, but at least one of the techs is very careless. We had an issue related to water intrusion in the rear battery compartment β they had it two days and couldn't verify the issue. We drove it to a store form the shop and the car immediately died. They were very professional and offered a complementary tow to bring it back to the shop. They discover the issue (there's water in the battery compartment coming in though a broken taillight) and give me an estimate for replacing the taillight and some wiring (very kindly waiving the $150 diagnostic fee, since I had paid that the first time). I get a call the next day β the car is done. I come in, pay, walk out to my car and there's still a clearly busted taillight. The rep brings it back in, they replace the light and I double-check the battery compartment just to make sure I got my new wires β I didn't. Also, there's still water in the battery compartment. I get another small refund (for the wiring I didn't get replaced), I offer to use my shop vac to take care of the water instead of waiting any longer, and go on my way. TLDR: My customer service guy was professional, courteous and didn't throw anyone under the bus for making him look bad, but I will not go back because I have severe doubts that the work I'm paying for is getting done."
