"I have been to Blitz many times... this particular time was at the beginning of service... 1. Everything that I'd asked for ( as far as even the color that I had on my nails which they had done a couple weeks prior they didn't have. 2. Then i just said 'Can i have a neutral color or even White?" They than said they didn't have. 3. Everything i asked for they would say they didnt have. I even asked another customer to help explain because I have MS and thought that perhaps my speech empediment they didnt understand me I dont go anywhere and start up trouble and was very devastated by my experience there. They went on to say that I was a difficult customer and they couldnt provide service to me. I had no other choice but to leave the establishment. I had never had an issue there neadless to say i was devastated to say the least . I was told they would not provide service after I had been sitted and given the color reel but was than told I that I should leave because they couldnt service me. DEVASTATED AND MISTREATED!"

"I would like to start off by saying I a licensed nurse for the state of Michigan & today I brought my client into your establishment for toe polish services. I am a customer and have been a customer to this company for years my sister even worked in your shop. On 8/16/23 my client was turned away because she’s in a wheelchair she was refused service Lynda saying last time she was hurting after doing nails which at that time she never mentioned or advised my client that she would not be able to be service because her disability. The chair can raise and adjust to the level of which you do everyone else pedicures and toe polish. Lynda also spoke for 4-5 other technicians who are supposed to be licensed by the state for nail services but because this young 19 chair bound woman who took an hour of time to travel many cities just go back to a familiar place where I initially enjoyed service I see that now your company is raciest toward handicap & disabled customers I will be reporting this to the BBB for a complainant and revaluation for running a business in America you cannot discriminate against anyone."

"This review is specifically related to an experience at the NORTHVILLE location I had a pedicure— The technician rushed . No scaling - quick fast and in a hurry! But this negative review is specific to female at the entrance .. She was curt, dismissive and argumentative as I inquired about prices and type of polish used. I received regular , in stead of acrylic .. I didn’t understand the difference and asked for clarification as related to pricing. Once my nails were polished no one directed me to the nail dryer. They weren’t dry, still tacky. I asked to be “escorted “to the dryer (I had those rubber slides on and didn’t know where it was) - the female pointed to the back of the room and said “we don’t escort anyone anywhere” . FYI .. I’m 79 years old and was a little unstable in those slides Same rude response when I removed the slides & spacers. I inquired about my nails being dry enough to put on shoes.. she .. didn’t check - just took payment and pointed towards the waste basket for me to dispose of the toe spacers. The spa should be relaxing & pleasurable not a Negative experience that ruins a summer day because of an impatient young person with a nasty disposition."
