Although I have yet to have my appointment, I am thankful for the assistance of Miss Deborah. Throughout our conversation, she displayed a delightful and energetic personality, demonstrating her genuine interest in her job and connecting with people. She even managed to fit me in for an earlier appointment. If she is such a wonderful person, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff must be."
