"I received 4 emails and 2 text messages during and after my wife's service appointment. Would've been nice if they had sent them to her, who was sitting there during the appointment. It is her car and she is the only one who drives it. We have tried to correct the contact information for a couple of years now. If someone is talented enough to send emails and text messages, I would figure that they should be talented enough to change to email address and phone number in their system."
