"Head dentist was unprofessional and rude.. kept my child and i waiting in the lobby for a hour and half form a mistake on their end and the wait wasn't the problem it was the rushed service I received because I was their last patient and they were closing while treating me on top of not knowing what I was supposed to get treated for this is my second time coming here and I will not be back I highly do not recommend...not a kid friendly environment and the ladies at the front desk is very rude..."

"I went to Gental Dental to have my tooth removed. I was denied getting my tooth pulled because I didn't want to also get a deep cleaning on the same day, I had an appointment to get a deep cleaning on 12/28. This practice is unethical and needs to be looked into."

"They really live up to their name, best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a cleaning last month. The hygienist, Cortez was incredibly gentle, thorough, and kind. I got 2 cavities filled today. Dr. George Ziyadeh is also incredibly gentle, and very quick. I barely felt the shots, and the cavities were cleaned and filled in less than 15 minutes. His assistants, Candace and Shakira were lovely, they really helped ease my anxiety. A lot of places that take medicaid feel like an assembly line, not Gentle Dental, not at all. Really I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is delightful, no one is trying to upsell you, everyone is helpful. If you have anxiety about getting your teeth cleaned, come see Cortez. If you have fears about dental work, come see Dr. Ziyadeh. It’s clearly a calling for both of them, and they take really good care of their patients."
