When making my appointment I had confirmed my exact out of pocket cost multiple times before deciding to get my services and was assured it was a fixed rate. Six to eight months later, unexpected bills surfaced, indicating a significant discrepancy between the quoted amount and the actual expenses. When questioned, the dental office claimed that the insurance coverage was less than initially estimated, creating financial strain and a lack of trust in their billing practices. This has also happened to another colleague of mine with this place. This experience raises serious concerns about the reliability and honesty of their financial assessments, making them an unreliable choice for dental care."
