"Friendly staff, or so I thought. Someone made an appointment for my SO to have a cleaning and when we got there the receptionist was very loud in letting us know they don't take UHC HMO. They failed to notify us of this prior to making the appointment. I don't know what this office got against MI Medicaid recipients that was unprofessional for the business."

"Worse Experience ever , and they might’ve cost me a tooth that I already got approved for work to get started on! They been giving me the run around since September ; appointment made but office closed , then I call and tell them they don’t care ! I come back to the appointment to get the pictures done and wait for insurance approval. I had to call them multiples time and once again “ oh were sorry we dropped the ball ! While also chastising me saying “well you tooth didn’t get like this over night” Then I come in again for my appointment oh we’re sorry the appointment insurance change …. So I’m upset again , they have to send approval again ! Then I’m waiting another month and the office is closed for three months …. I just want my tooth fixed and they are the most oblivious rudest and judgmental people ever! I even called the other office and no one is trying to do anything saying I’m rude because I’m upset they keep inconvenience me !!!!! Everyone was condescending and talked to me like I’m in the wrong for being in pain and wanting my tooth fixed. At this point they keep trying paint me as I’m an angry upset person when In fact the ball was dropped several times ."

"I was a ball of nerves prior to visiting this dental office. Prior experiences had me terrified!!! My nerves were put to ease my first visit. The team I dealt with was super awesome! My Dentist, Dr. Dawisha is the best Dentist I’ve ever had. He is kind, knowledgeable, bed friendly, works fast yet efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier."
