"We were confused. We were told that this appointment was to fill the last of 4 cavities. When Sarah was done, we were informed she'd had 3 cavities filled. No explanation was given. Also, we were on time for our appointment,at 9 am. Upon arriving, the door was still locked and lights were out. 9:15 we saw staff arriving."
