I also got my windows tinted (don't know their names yet). They do top notch work and everyone I've spoken to at the shop is great with people. Highly recommended."

"Absolute horrid service….. my girl decided to leave a review after seeing how mad I was and then the shop belittled both of us for a better review so now I guess I have to leave a review as well….. WHAT A JOKE……I could have done better myself (have tinted before but know this particular car isn’t easy which is why I sought out a pro). My son and I showed up Saturday morning at 9am on a COLD Michigan morning. We called ahead and were told out car would be next in and done ASAP…1140am(approximately) my car went inside after sitting in an ice cold waiting room (to the point customers are plugging in space heaters in their lobby)…1:30 rolls around and my 5 year old is chattering cold and beyond ready to leave…guess what, your cars getting pulled out right now!!! We rush out, I plop him in his car seat and get him buckled in, close the door and…..ughhhhhh….. this looks like shit… I jump in and turn the heat on full, find the installers Bluetooth headphones on my cup holder. PROBLEMS BEGIN! Walk inside and set headphones on the counter and wait…..10 minutes later I give up and leave since no one will come to speak to me regardless of my hollering. Next step, I sent the pictures I took AT THEIR SHOP to their fb page and they are so surprised that it looks this way, we’ll absolutely fix it. I take it back, they take about 3 goes removing the tint and the owner THANKS ME FOR MY PATIENCE filled by EXPLAINING THERE MIGHT BE GLUE LEFT…… my patience was being worn thin and taking me “there might be some left” is the same as saying “we can’t do our jobs well here” I then find a large discolored spot from the LACQUER THINNER they used to clean the glue off my defrost wires (still praying those still work) on my rear seat I write a review and suddenly “we did our best, we offered to work with you,” but everything so far has caused damage so excuse me for wanting it done CORRECTLY….. I’ll do my best to keep pictures in chronological order for you…………."

"DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND BELIEVE ALL THE REAL 1 STAR REVIEWS! The owner was cool but his installers are terrible! Look at these pictures after only six days. STILL plenty of bubbles and also scratches! My windows shouldn’t look this bad considering my car is a 2021! When I finally was able to roll my windows down, I couldn’t believe the tint is 3/16 of an inch down from the edge of my windows (look at picture #2)! Who does that these days?! Since I didn’t want to pay another tint shop to remove this tint… I did. Thankfully these installers did such a unprofessional job because it was easier than peeling an orange. There was hardly any glue residue (picture #3)! Please learn from my mistake. I only chose this place because I didn’t want to make an appointment with the other more reputable shops and wait. Now I see why this company is first come first serve and can tint four windows in 30 mins! I hate that I spent $150 to learn that patience is a virtue but I hope my bad experience will keep you from wasting money like i did!"
