"Went in about a headlight. Friendly and professional; upon checking if he could install headlight came back on. No purchase but when it went out again I went back. This time two employees; young lady not helpful at all. Very frustrating and gave me aisle, letter and number of my part and went back to conversation. Gentleman did install before his lunch break. Southfield location-experience was a turn off. I’ll go to another store."

"Usually I experienced great customer service at this location but today I came in to acquire the cost of an air filter for my car. I thought the price went up compared to my past air filter purchase from autozone. I asked was it a recent price increase and the lady with the gray shirt behind the counter responded stating that she can check the prices back to 2001 but it won't make a difference. I've been working here for 5 years and I never seen it lower than this price. Do you want the air filter? I'm not sure where all this attitude is coming from. I was not rude or anything but I guess that's who they have employed there right now. I have never seen this woman worked at this location before. I do not need all of that extra from this women. I walked out and I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and got the air filter a lot cheaper."

"These people are awesome! My truck broke down in the parking lot. It was SO HOT! They told me I could come inside. I needed to call a tow truck and my phone was almost dead. They gave me a chair, I'm disabled, and plugged in my phone so I could make the call. While waiting they ordered my part so I could get back on the road. I would recommend highly! Thank you for the kindness I was shown at this store!"
