"I don't find the front desk team to be an issue at all. Margaret has always been super friendly and eager to help. Today, I got to meet Kendra, who was also super kind and great at her job. She got my X-rays done in a matter of minutes.. I was SHOCKED. Brando did a great job cleaning my teeth prior to the Dr coming in, who was also SUPER friendly. My son and I now have appointments on the same days, and it's extremely convenient considering my dentist was all the way in Eastpointe and took HOURS to complete a cleaning due to being short staffed. I appreciate the thoroughness that this team provides."
"Dr.Shah is a wonderful dentist. Unfortunately her reputation is getting spoiled by an unfriendly front desk team. Imagine being harassed by a scheduling team every day with phone calls to reschedule, never honor appointment date or times, book appointments at their own will and threaten to charge for missing. Unfortunately this continued for months forcing us to quit a wonderful dentist."
