"Michelle does a good job designing and shaping, however, the tools are not properly sanitized. A couple weeks ago I got a manicure with shellac design. My skin was clearly cut when she was cleaning my cuticles. Almost immediately after I left the salon I felt discomfort. As the days progressed, I began to feel more and more pain eventually leading to swelling. It was clear I had a bacterial infection. Currently, my finger is swollen and discharging pus. I have never had an infection before. I had been to this salon on several occasions. I now have to see a doctor to ensure this infection does not spread and is treated. A nice manicure is not worth your health. Beware! Zero stars!"

"DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE.. Literally the worst customer service ever. They had me sit for a hour when for a fill in when 3 workers was laying in pedicure chair. A employee finally finished with someone nails and ask me was I getting shellac, I said no. He speaks to the main girl in their language, laughs & tells me 15 more minutes. I told them I’ve been waiting for over a hour & they have been taking pedicures over me. They laugh. If you’re not spending over a certain amount YOU ARE NOT A PRIORITY."

"First time there waited very patiently 40 mins even though she told me it would only be 15 mins. Took 3’people that came in after me. Checked in with me one time. Waisted 40 mins of my time when I could have went somewhere else if I knew it was going to take that long and now have to wait for another day to do my nails.’ I will never enter this place again. Set the expectation when I first walk in. Not 20’mims into me waiting"

"Although Michelle is good at her craft she's evil. I have never been to shop before so I'm asking people who does the best nails. She gets angry and purposely burnt with the liquids and smiles under her mask as I'm in agony. What she did was applied extra no lift and then purple liquid. If the no lift is not dry before you add that purple liquid it will cause a chemical reaction and she knows this. She held the spray bottle back and pretty much made me beg to stop burning all the whole smiling under her mask. I literally had to go home and research what she had done. And shame on you."
