"I’ve never used your services but I’m actually just really hoping you can fix the giant “LUBE” sign on your building. And I mean just the lube part. I got a giggle from it on my way to my awful job every morning. And now that the light has burnt out, life no longer seems to bring me joy. I realize funds may be tight around the shop and my request may not be doable, but please know if the sign can be fixed I will have my car in there for a full service and a fat tip sooner than you can say LUBE EXPRESS."
