"I have a Brand NEW truck that broke down on the highway. Had codes for diesel def system that put the truck into low power mode. Ford roadside dispatched Lieblichs towing to the truck, after showing up over 5 hours late the tow truck driver hooked into the rear axle of my truck and crushed the rear body harness. This damage was confirmed by the dealer. After about a week I was finally able to contact who ever runs the towing over there and explained to her what happened. She told me it would be no problem and not to worry about anything and that if they damaged it they would 100% fix it. She said to get it taken care of and she would call me in 1-2 days. So about a week later with no call I reach back out to her taking 1-2 days to get through. She seemed very upset now and said "fine when can I pick up the truck and look at it" I told her I did not want them touching my truck again because of the damage they did the first time and that it is a 24 f250 so any repairs need to be done by an authorized dealer not a tow company. I also told her that I needed to have a vehicle so after about 2 weeks of my truck sitting at the dealer waiting for the tow company to help resolve this I had to pay the dealer out of pocket. She then told me once I paid it that I can send her my receipt but she " probably cant help you". It has been more then a week with yet again zero contact so I will be seeing you guys before the judge! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
"After my 2015 GMC Terrain -- 131,000 miles to date -- stranded me on the road and got diagnosed by a big GM dealer as having a "cracked engine", I knew their $10k solution they offered was not the best I could find. That is why I appreciate Jason at Lieblich's for suggesting a "used engine" from Fenix Auto Parts with a 3-year warranty instead of a new engine which Jason's crew installed in 3 days. Bottom line, I spent $7400 instead of $10k ($1100 went to the GM dealer). It was a lesson for me to recognize that these local garages like Lieblich's Garage should be the FIRST CHOICE for any used car maintenance. I will return to Lieblich Garage for all my work on that GMC Terrain until the wheels fall off."
"Being overcharged for a right arm control for my Subaru to support the new garage, that’s what the manager, Frank and his mechanic Jason told me is the reason why I paid Dealership price on the part. They charge me $308 for one arm control. Manager Frank confused on where the part was purchased from at first he said NAPA auto parts and then his mechanic said auto value. The manager Frank also told me that it’s a 55% markup but then both him and mechanic came back and said oh it’s auto calculated we’re not sure. NAPA auto parts for a walk and consumer sells it for 100 bucks. Auto value sells it for 163 yet they charged me $308 +7 dollars and shop supplies. I called the dealership and they charge 314 for that part.. they refused to rectify or come up with the receipt of how much they paid for that part. I’ve been taking my car to the garage for the past five years, and I’ve never been so disappointed.. if you don’t know anything about auto repair, be prepared to be ripped off. Horrible customer service."
"Honest! I had a repair need on an older car that was going to be pricey (due to an engineering "marvel" created by the manufacturer). The owner explained the problem, the factors driving the cost, and took the time to answer all my questions to help me decide whether or not to fix the problem. Not every garage will do that. I vote this shop as a trusted advisor on my cars."
"Look how their tow truck driver parked at McDonald's on Orchard Lake, south of 10. There was tons of open parking in back and he chose too block the driveway and park on McDs bushes. A pickup came in just before this car and had to drive on the sidewalk. If this is how they park, how considerate will they be with your car?"
