They're going to tell you that there's something wrong with their machine and if you go back the next day and it's a different person there, they're going to have no clue why the person even told you there's something wrong with their machine. Other than that the prices are okay for the most part. So are the employees although some of them have attitude issues. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be working there... Js"

"Store manager has zero customer service experience. I walk in grab my product. Walk up to the counter manager says I'll check you out here. Phone rings, then he proceeded to talk on the phone for 5 minutes. I asked if he could put the call on hold. He said you can wait a minute. There was three employees in the store. He needs training!"

"I always find the parts I need here. The associates gladly assist even with testing or installation. Special orders come in on time and for the price quoted. They helped me gather up the information for the parts I needed. Some they didn't have available right away so they checked other stores and got us set up. I had to get a new serpentine belt, air filter, oil filter, oil and a new battery. They sent me to another location with all the parts and were able to repair my car!"
