"Well let's start off with the fact that nobody really likes going to the mechanics. It's always bad news. And unfortunately in my history I've had a number of mechanics try to rip me off because they assume a woman could never possibly understand anything. This place was very soothing though. I was driving near by an out-of-the-blue my SUV decided to start making grinding and scraping noises when I made a turn. So I had to walk in with no appointment in the middle of the day and yet they got me into the back pretty quickly despite being busy. Of course it was bad news but they were very polite and they explained to me what everything did. Of course news of owing thousands on your car is always upsetting but they were more than willing to take me into the shop area and show me all of the parts and explain what the parts did and show me where it was broken and put my mind at ease. I basically had three major things I had to get done and I only got two of them that day since the other one could wait because they were kind enough to tell me about rebate program that usually have in about a month. The store was extremely clean. They are nice plush chairs with little swivel desk so you could do your work while you were waiting on your car which is so extraordinary thoughtful. They have plugs in USB plugs for your phones and laptops. On-site public restroom. They actually even have a second TV that scrolls through where your car is in where in the process it is and who the sales person is and who the mechanic is and what bay it is in so you know what's going on at all times. I had never seen that before and I really appreciated it because I could keep up with what was going on with my car. The staff was extremely friendly and when I got hungry they even suggested a little place 2 doors down, constantly taking the time out to help their customer even when they got busy. I usually go to Belle Tire although this was the first time me going to this particular location but I do really like them here."
