"There’s no good time for a car collision, but someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me in July during the worst possible time in my life. I’ve got a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe with 193,000 miles that I’ve kept it in great shape & have paid off, and even though I could drive home from the accident & most damage was cosmetic my insurance still totaled the vehicle. I recently become the sole person responsible for my mom in a nursing home in West Bloomfield, and I was also in the middle of the mortgage process (so getting a car loan was totally impossible). I could keep the vehicle and get a “salvage title“ with a smaller insurance payout (the totaled amount wouldn’t cover a reliable used car), but I learned a lot of shops won’t work on vehicles with salvage titles. In come Petrusha & Son’s to save the day! I told them all I cared about was having a functional/reliable/road-legal vehicle, I did not care what it looked like at all so long as nothing dangled off. They were able to repair several things in house to keep costs low, and sourced great used parts for the rest. In a few weeks I was back on the road in my own car, and not only is it running exceptionally well, they took time to make it look as good as they possibly could!!! When we picked up my car on 8/18, Kevin was there and walked us out to show us the final job. To say we were impressed is an understatement, and I cried happy tears as I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home to Oxford. "Last week I smashed the passenger side mirror off my Audi Q7. Outrageously expensive to replace. Kevin made a quick phone call and found a used one for me. I dropped it off this morning muddy and all scratched up. Picked it up a few hours later and it was like I was picking up a brand new car! They not only replaced my mirror but buffed out all the scratches, washed my car and polished up my tires! Couldn’t have been happier. Great service at a great price!"
