"I don't know how this place has almost 5 star reviews on Google. Maybe I was the outlier. If I could leave a negative star review, I would. I'm sure by the end of this review, they'll most certainly know who I am, but I don't care. I won't be back. I brought my vehicle, a 2017 Ford Fusion, into Riverview Mobil Auto Service a year and a half ago complaining of my blower motor fan making noise when heater or AC was on. I left it at the shop for them to inspect and was eventually told in addition to blower motor, I would also need complete suspension (struts and shocks) all the way around and four new tires. I trusted their advice and had the work done. Overall, I paid roughly $2,500 total. My car came back in worse condition than when I originally brought it in! Come to find out, my Blower motor fan was replaced with an aftermarket one, not OEM Ford, and was making a louder noise than when I brought it in. My suspension was replaced with Monroe struts and shocks which I suspect were defective from the beginning (which supposedly, Monroe has had alot of complaints about bad new parts lately). My suspension was noisier. I kept hearing dull thudding noises whenever I drove over even the smallest cracks in the road. This led me to believe the Monroe parts were probably defective even though they were new.They didn't even replace my strut mounts when they replaced my old struts! I kept bringing my car back to leave with them at their shop at their request whenever I complained about the strut/shock and blower motor fan noise, often for a week at a time, only for one of the main guys, Slay/Clay or whatever name he goes by to later call me and tell me he couldn't hear anything. "I don't see or hear anything wrong" was something I was all too familiar with hearing from him. These guys must think they are Obi-Wan Kenobi or Jedi's trying to pull the Jedi mind trick from A New Hope on their customers. Only after I annoyed them about replacing the aftermarket blower motor with an OEM Ford one, did they finally replace it. I had to pay of course, and guess what, FIXED! After a year and a half, my suspension is still screwed up and now my 65,000 mile warranty Kenda Vezda Touring A/S tires I purchased from them are cupped and the road noise is practically unbearable. I took my car in again last week to have tires balanced which they claimed they did. Drove it home and it was the same. I could feel the uneven wearing of the tire when I drove. My wife needed a quote on tires for her car before winter so I had Belle Tire look at my tires while her tires were being looked at in the shop and they immediately saw my tires were cupped and dry rotted which was causing the noise. I took my car back to Riverview Mobil Auto Service and Clay/Slay had the gull to tell me he still didn't see/hear/feel anything wrong. I told them I was within the warranty and wanted to go through the warranty process to get my tires replaced. They told me to come back and leave my car that following Monday which I did. I left my car with Clay/Slay's brother and not even an hour later Clay/Slay called back and said that he would not be replacing tires under warranty because he called their tire distributer, who said I did not have my tires rotated every oil change so they would not warranty them. I only put roughly 20,000 miles on the tires and it's been been less than a year and a half since I had the work done and tires replaced on my car. Trusting Riverview Mobil Auto Service with anything more than a Hot Wheels car was probably the most expensive mistake I have made. Had I known then what I know now, about how shady their business practices are, I would have ran the other way! Now I will have to spend even more money, to fix the problems they created, pretended wasn't there, and neglected to fix when brought to their attention. Never take your business here! I will be spreading word to everyone I talk to about how bad they run their business. I will also consider filing a BBB complaint."

"I'm giving this place 5 stars in advance since there isn't any reviews under 5 stars. I find all these reviews kinda similar and I'm skeptical but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, first. It's important for me to get the absolute best and most affordable service around so before I take my white 2014 Dodge Caravan to get fixed it's nice to know what people are happy about and with the same kind of average or lower quality auto fix-it shops around (and with lower review ratings) I want to have a better above and beyond experience just like them. I will be there sometime from today (10/19/2022) and through Friday (10/21/2022) and we'll see if their reviews really do match their business and quality of service? ~ Darrell Rosales. Update, 10/21/2022: Overall expectations and service? Absolutely fantastic!! Got our van fixed completely, I mean EVERYTHING that was broke is now fixed even things other places overlooked and the wife and I couldn't be happier! They even gave us a free ride back to our home several miles away! Wow, what other place does this? Totally honest staff and we got the van back in just a few hours.
