"I have been getting oil changes for over 5 years at Northville Express Lube. The manager Moe and his staff are friendly, polite, and I’m always greeted with a smile. They have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. During my last oil change on my 2016 Malibu in October, I was told that my brakes were nearing the end of their life and I should consider replacing them (it had been 56,000 miles since my previous brake job and they were starting to “whistle”, which I know is an indication that they needed to be replaced.) Moe quoted me a price for new brakes (rotors and pads, front and back) that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what a dealership or tire store would have charged me. I dropped my car off at 9:00 and 4-1/2 hours later it was ready. I highly recommend Northville Express Lube if you need excellent service for your vehicle at an incredibly reasonable price. They are trustworthy and you won’t be disappointed. Simply the best!"
"BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER. THESE MEN ARE ANGELS ON EARTH. Ok so I hit a large piece of roadkill on the highway recently, immediately after smelled it. Think venison scent in the vents. This wasn’t something an average car wash could handle. Took my problem to Diamond car wash, initially told Ali, he smelled it too. After my first wash had me go over to the Valvoline guys to change my filter (Nick and Charlie) they gave me the royal treatment- odor eliminator in the vents, frebreeze soaked my filter. Will HEAVILY CLEANED my engine, there were guts and debris. Then Mo gave me some air fresheners throughout the car, AFTER they ran the car through the wash again. The most helpful and can do attitudes I’ve run into, I will be back every time I need ANYTHING done here, every time I’m in the area. Amazing people. Amazing service."
