"These guys are the absolute worst customer service for any Electrolux or Frigidaire products. They're extremely unprofessional and pathetic in their conduct. They rescheduled delivery for a product thrice to the same address which another product was delivered to two weeks, literally citing "no contact information available" as the reason for this delay. I ordered a product on 22nd November and my scheduled delivery for 12/01 has been rescheduled thrice without any reason to 12/15! Special shout-out to the guy who spoke to me today who I shall crown 'the king of bad customer service', who literally said "All I can do for you is reschedule, thank you". I hope you read this review. If this is the way you deal with your clients, I hope you and your manager/team leader, go to the mirror and take a long hard look at yourselves and have the will to address your issues. That's probably the only last expectation one can have. Electrolux and Frigidaire please don't rely on these incompetent idiots for getting your excellent products to your loyal customers. Your products are genuinely good but if you're relying on distribution systems like this pathetic excuse of a company, people will definitely look to other manufacturers. I know I certainly will."

"This company was bought out by forward air. The name of this particular site is final mile now! They attempted a botched delivery to my home this morning and tore four holes in my screen door. The delivery peisabel was very unprofessional and rude, and I do not want them back in my home."

"I had a washer delivered from Home Depot. It was here during the delivery window, the drivers/installers did everything they were supposed to, he even showed me how to work the washer. Shortly after I received a call from Linn Star Transfer. I missed the call but I assume it was to ask how the delivery went."

"I purchased an appliance from Home Depot and Linn Star Transfer was the company Home Depot used to deliver my appliance. The delivery driver knew the appliance wouldn't fit through the doorway, even after measuring. But instead of using an alternate route in the house, they tried to force it in. They damaged my wall and paint as well as the appliance. I sent it back and called Linn Star Tranfer several times to have the issue resolved.. I'm still waiting and it's been almost a month. They just keep saying someone is going to call me back and they haven't yet. I would NOT recommend this company. And if the retailer you purchase from uses this company I would suggest hiring your own company or picking your appliances up yourself. It seems like it's just a job to them and they are not concerned about you, your home, or your appliances."
