"I went in to get a new set (acrylics). While removing my current set I had two different nail techs on me who both were very rough with my nails (drilling a lot, cutting short into the pink, etc.) and wouldn't listen to my concerns. Once the new set was on the shape I asked for wasn't done, I also had spots of green polish on my nails (my nails were painted yellow), and all of my nails were shaped unevenly and differently. About a week later all of my acrylics are lifting at the bottom, sides, and underneath to the point that my hair and food is getting stuck in between my natural nail and acrylic. For $60 was definitely not satisfied and do not plan on going back."

"I just left, this was the first time having a bad experience. The guy who did my service cut the side of my toe, it bled and he just kept putting something on it to try to get it to stop and it burned very bad. It bled for 30 minutes and now the side is so swollen and painful. I understand mistakes happen. We then started my nails and he burned me with the sanding tool and now my finger is swollen and has an open wound. Never once did I get an apology and he tried to get me out paying full price as fast as he could. I’m so disappointed as I’ve been going there for over 10 years the fact that he didn’t seem to care means I wont be going back."

"I have had my nails done there for YEARS. Service was ok. Prior to Covid I paid $16 for an acrylic fill. Great! Post Covid they charged me $20. Ok. Today I went for my scheduled appointment, I was informed the cost is now $25. I will find a new place!"
