"There are children who are more brave than me when it comes to getting dental work done. Andrea (Dr Boltwood’s Dental Assistant) understood my phobia and had the patience to calm me down as best as she could by explaining and reassuring me of every step of the process and what I should expect to feel. She made sure Dr Boltwood was also aware of my phobia and she too was very reassuring and calming. They have Nitrous Oxide available at the facility, which I would strongly recommend if you are a nervous wreck like me. (Many dental offices do not have it). Dr. Boltwood’s office also made sure they took me in as soon as possible (…as I had a broken tooth) for which I have to thank Donna at the reception desk. This was my first time having done dental work at Dr. Boltwood’s dental office and so far it has been a stellar experience."
