She's the Polar opposite of what good customer service is at the very least. SHE IS JUST DOWNRIGHT RUDE. Dr. Hood is OK depending on what day it is. "I was given antibiotics I am allergic to twice! Had to correct them twice! I was given antibiotics the first appointment. Second appointment canceled by the dentist so I ended up in Urgent Care for antibiotics. Third appointment, I'm waiting in the waiting room for more antibiotics, pain medication, and a referral they claimed they sent me yet I have an appointment. Never come here unless the E.R. is your next vacation."

"I really enjoyed my visit today. The receptionist staff was very friendly. I liked that every procedure was explained and more importantly that everything was cost effective. Dr. Hood seems very welcoming and inviting. I look forward to more visits to improve my dental health!"

"Dentist and hygienist are amazing. The receptionists were more willing to cancel my appointment than to provide me with a mask......even though my mouth will literally be open during my entire appointment lol. I was advised to go downstairs and see if one would be provided to me at the security desk, but there wasn't anyone posted at the desk. Yes, I did cancel. I honestly wasn't willing to go to a store and come back. I'm more disappointed. Many reviews mentioned the receptionists and how they handle customers. I still went becuase I know people can be dramatic and I appreciate that it an office run by "us". I may attempt another visit at a later date but I'm definitely turned off right now."
