"0 stars would be appropriate. I don’t know where to start. I stopped in to have gel polish removed and a regular manicure. The women in the first station (Polly?) butchered my nails and cut my finger with the grinder. Rather than wrap the nails in acetone and foil she ground the entire gel off. She barely filed them and proceeded to apply 3 coats of nail polish that never dried and I had to stop for remover on the way home to take it off. The entire time she spoke loudly to her fellow manicurist and on the phone in another language. I have no problem with a manicurist socializing with coworkers in whatever language they choose but I do expect to be acknowledged as a client and not completely ignored. My nails are now in terrible shape and it will take a long time for them to recover. I was stunned at the incompetence and rudeness and should have walked out."

"I am upset with them the lady was very rude she kept playing on her phone kept walking away someone else had to finish my nails and this is the results I still have glue all underneath my nails on my fingers there's no polish all over my nails the acrylic is stuck to my finger with the glue underneath and they charged me $60"

"Yikes! They charged me $30 for gel polish removal and to clip/shape my nails. I’ve never had this cost more than $15. I could understand if I had gotten a polish change of proper manicure. But it was essentially $30 just to remove polish"
