"Seems they have a new switching company doing switching... Parking is still very tight, but staff has gotten better... Most of the gate guards are quick and friendly, but there are a couple that are VERY slow, so some days you will be lucky other day not so."

"I had a good experience with the office staff, security guard and switchers didn't bother me. Now, here is why 3 stars: (a)The parking for the tractor-trailers are too small the risk of damaging a trailer here is very likely. (b) They stop truckers from exiting the lot at certain times throughout the day to let the shift change use the same entrance, so after you pick up your load if you get to the gate at 8:30pm you have to wait until 9pm to exit."
