"Is it crazy to actually enjoy going to a periodontist? It's apparent that Dr. Anderson operates at a very high level and that is reflected throughout her entire practice. She and her team are the epitome of excellence in patient care. Also, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I always feel comfortable here :) I've had multiple procedures here with very little to no down time, all of which I credit to Dr. Anderson's surgical skill (because it has not been like that with others!). I also appreciate that she beautifully blends the latest technologies with research-backed holistic approaches. It's important to me to use as little medication as possible since I'm breastfeeding, and she was more than understanding of my request. I feel that I'm truly getting the best care. There isn't anyone else I would trust more with my periodontal care and I'm so glad my dentist referred me here."

"Extremely rude receptionist, voice sounds like a younger lady, was redirected to her in order to make an appointment after the initial receptionist picked up. No telephone manners, using phrases such as "I already told you" or "I don't understand what you want from me" when I was simply double checking some info/ wanted to hear the information again, extremely inconsiderate and zero empathy, it really gives the place a bad reputation, which is a shame, giving how highly recommended Dr Anderson came. I would actually like to be contacted about this situation as I would like to go ahead with Dr Anderson but the lady at the front desk has a very "I don't give a damn" kind of attitude."

"After researching periodontists in the area and not being very impressed with credentials, I found Dr. Anderson's practice. I read her bio and she seems to be the best in town. She doesn't take any kind of insurance, so you would be paying out of pocket. She charges $220 for a consultation. This is not applied toward any procedure. I was fine with all of that knowing I was going to have the best care. If you don't take insurance, you should know how much you are going to charge for a particular treatment. I understand some treatments may be multiple things; i.e. a bone graph and a crown, only 3 teeth laser gum cleaning, etc. When I asked how much for a worst case scenario full mouth laser gum cleaning, the receptionist who had a hard time even taking down my information, couldn't give me a range. She kept saying she's not the doctor and doesn't know what would need to be done. I said I understand, but let's say it was a full mouth gum cleaning. No, she couldn't give me a range. That felt dishonest and it made me not schedule an appointment. I have been to other dentists who do take insurance (which makes it harder to estimate over the phone) and I can get a range of price. Why would I schedule a $220 consult if I don't even know if the procedure is within my budget?"
