"There is a lady there named Donna who works here. She is quite rude. She comes off snappy & cuts you off when you're talking. She even hung up on me. Very unprofessional. While we agreed to follow up in the new year concerning business, I called her with a happy new year greeting, yet she did not care to hear anything I said, only to snap back & say she has a lot going on before hanging up. What an impression I received! It did not have to go that way. She needs to work on here personality if she works with the general public."
