"On their watch over three years, I developed large cavities under two crowns unbeknownst to any of them. The only reason I found out was because I had left their practice after the youngest associate belittled me in front of two dental assistants for wanting a chipped front tooth repaired again after being botched twice in the preceding three months. After much research, I went to Dr. Eric Kosnic where he found the cavities with his advanced technology at the first office visit. He was able to save one tooth but the other one had to be pulled. He also repaired my front tooth and it still looks great almost two years later. Avoid UDA at all costs. Totally unprofessional on all levels. Don't waste your time or money with them. Ps. My dental issues were never addressed."
