"Contacted them about doing some work on our rv and was told there was about a week wait before they could look at it. We had no problem with that explaining that we currently live in the rv and if it would be possible to reserve a spot in line (even willing to pay to do so) and when they would look at it we would bring the rv in and leave with them until they were done (we were planning to get a hotel at this point). The man on the phone became very rude saying they only take cash or check (this wasn't going to be a problem) and that they don't have time to cater to our needs or be pressured to get the job done. It's clear they just didn't want to take the job and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere."

"They were great. I have been in the garage business for several years. We were family owned. Our customers want a good job at a reasonable price. That's what metro does. They could of charged us a ton of money for diagnostic. But, Jack did not. He started at the cheapest fix and found a simple air filter problem. After years of fixing your vehicles yourself it is scary taking it somewhere else. But,I would recommend them. Also say hi to Rusty the dog."
